You need to burn off 87,500 calories. An hour of aerobic exercise for a women is probably around 500 calories, so it would take 175 hours if you did not alter your diet. If you can manage to reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories, then you are at 1000 per day for 2 pounds lost per week (1 pound of fat is 3500 calories) which is generally considered the fastest sustainable weight loss.
To keep it off, you need to permanently alter your diet to ensure you do not run a calorie surplus again. It is not possible to tell you what that is since everyone's genetics are different, but you should do a detailed food log on www, myfitnesspal. com to figure out where the extra calories are coming from and what you want to eliminate. My total uneducated guess is that you are eating too much food that has an excess of salt, fat, or sugar causing you to overeat it (essentially empty calories).

I lost about 40 pounds about two years ago. I trained for a 10k race and ate healthy. It's the old fashion way of losing weight but it's the best way to do it. I recommend training for a 5k race because it's a challenge and it's a good way to lose weight.

look if you run 30 minutes a day and eat less. consuming more water by the way you will drop weight. A little over 2 maybe 3 months if you keep at it more often ^^
1-2 pounds per week on average over a few months is about right. The first week is always a lot more because you lose water.
Exercise and go Paleo.
