your body has to match your weight. so if you are fat and tall people will notice it less than if you were fat and small. when you look in the mirror and see you don't look well in that height.. it was something to do with BMI. it says you can weight more the taller you are without being 'overweight'. but the real deal is not the weight, it's more your body shape

Use body fat percentage or BMI, do not use weight as an indicator of anything - too unreliable, and too easy to make your self unhealthy, base on misconceptions of weight.
What your body looks like is a much better indicator of how good you look. Don't focus so much on the scale, because, trust me, that will never end well.
I'm 5'10" and 68 kgs/150 lbs. Sounds like heaps but I'm perfectly healthy. Who cares about the numbers hun.

There is no perfect weight to height ratios. Each persons body is built different which means how you carry your weight is different. Numbers don't mean a thing. Just be comfortable with yourself and anyone that's can't accept that isn't worth your time anyway.
I don't want to judge you if you are over this but I would say anywhere from 120lb to 180lb is pretty perfect some people are just heavier boned than others. I weigh 135 at 6ft and my friend is almost 7ft and is 150lb. It's all relative as most things in life are.
A 5'10 girl I guess a healthy weight range would be between 58.5-75
but i would go for early 58- early 60's thoI'd say about 5-10 lbs, anything more than that is just waaaay too fat.
But seriously, there isn't really a "perfect" weight, there's a wide range for an acceptable weight.Don't let the media tell you how to live your life, as long as you're not overweight then there is nothing to worry about. You can always join the gym.
First off, you need to work on your English.
There is no perfect weight, it all depends on your body type. Focus on losing fat, not weight. Don't get anorexic either.. your obsession is concerning.Probably around 135-150 lbs
48 to 54kg, i think thats just too perfect
