Don't trust food labels. I'm talking about the ones that say they will help lose weight such as low fat, diet, low calorie, 0 trans fat and any more like that. Those are actually bad, food companies will do anything to sell their products. For example, foods that say 0 trans fat on the front actually contain way more trans fat than the food that doesn't have that label on the front. Trans fat will fatten you up and it will be very hard to lose. Saturated fats on the other hand are good for you. Saturated fats help you lose weight. Eat foods that have a lot of saturated fats in it such as cheese, butter, peanuts. For more information, google, The Truth About Fat Burning Foods.

I'm a fitness expert, if you are eating 800 calories and burning 1300(which is a lot, are you sure you are burning that munch?) you will go into starvation mood and store fat. You need to net at least 1000 calories to lose weight. By netting, I mean if you eat 1000 calories and then burn 800, you need to eat 800 more calories back so your grand total is 1800. Your net will still be 1200 which makes you eligible to lose weight.
Drink lots of water during the day and before you eat.
