You can't just add protein without exercising the muscles you want to grow. Muscles grow by breaking the small fibers and having them repair this growing them larger. You need to up your protein intake and exercise. I recommend taking in at least a half a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, if not more. What made you decide on 26 grams just out of curiosity?

No you need to workout. To gain muscle you have to wear your muscles down and THEN eat protein, so when rebuilding your muscles your body will use that protein to make them stronger for the next workout.
Each gram of protein contains 4 calories so unless you are moving a lot and exercising and lifting weights, that protein is useless and can cause you to just gain fat.

No lol. Start a regiment of push-ups and various other lifts or stretches before you take your protein. Otherwise you will basically poop it all out.
