You just carry more weight in your midsection. Its fine, you'll actually look better 10-15 pounds heavier bc you'll get more balanced looking with some boobage and hips
We have the exact same measurements. I don't have a muffin top though (I work out). So you should work out and then it'll go away and you'll feel and look better. :)
Your weight should be like 122 lbs. You honestly should not worry about "fat" at this point.

I have a muffin middle. so I've been working out. its shrinking and my shoulder are looking wider. I've always had small shoulders for a guy.
