please do not cry - that's one and two go to a dermatologist...
now, what you have on your face are called cysts or cystic acne and a combination of everything (I am so sorry) and they are horrible little jerks that love to sneak up on you, one thing I can recommend is to please never touch your face - why are you pinching them off, your only going to agitate them and do not ever put any alcohol on it your face will hate you for it...
the other thing I can tell you is find out what kind of skin type you have, is it oily like mine - where you can literally scrape off the oil and fry an egg with it (I know, disgusting) or is it dry or a combination or sensitive and dry or oily or a combination skin - all these things are taken into account not to mention your diet - yes it matters what you put in your mouth, also hereditary - genetics have a lot to do with skin problems and unfortunately, my mother has flawless skin - while my father had horrible skin - I mean, I just had to take most of his side... guh anyway, I know how you feel believe me but the best thing to do is make an appointment to a dermatologist or a skin specialist, don't touch your face and do not put alcohol on it - I can show you what did help me...

Sweetie, with all the helpful hints Here on GAG, if nothing is helping down the line, ask mom to make an appointment to see a dermatologist. They are better equipped to help you in your problem, prescribing medicine that will lick the problem in no time. If it's 'Spreading,' then perhaps anything you may use won't help. You may need something 'Doctor prescribed' instead.
When I was a teen, I put too much moisturizer on my face, as I love to moisturize my face. It clogged my pores so much that it turned into what the doctors called: Impetigo.' I had been prescribed a cream for this mess, and within a week, my face was 'Clean & clear' once more.
Good luck. xx
Pimples are caused by an overproduction of greasy fat, so avoid oil-rich products for the skin- especially fat night creams.
Cleanse your skin every morning and night with a mild product that removes grease, bacteria, sweat, dirt and dead skin cells.
Exfoliating cleansers is not a good idea if you suffer from acne. Such dealers can create irritation in existing pimples and in worst cases spreading redness and inflammation to the surrounding area.
Sunshine help against acne, but if you have many blackheads do it with caution. If you do have red skin changes, then don't use sunshine or you may catch pigmentation disorder.
Make-up may clogging your skin (especially if rich with oil). So use as little make-up as possible, preferably non.
Oh yeah... they sound like some kind of medical condition I know of. A girl in college told me about hers. It's some kind of subdermal cysts... and the only way to clear it up is with prescription medication.
That's the best advice I can give you, it's kinda hard to say how "bad" it really is. If you google "bad acne" you'll see REALLY BAD acne, poor guys.
Are you using make-up? You need to stop that. It clogs up your pores and leads to more problems. No make-up, wash your face with dove soap or some other special soap a few times a day if you have oily skin- like after every meal would make sense. But yeah, go see a skin specialist.

First, Make an appointment to the dermatologist so they can prescribed you with acne cream. But as of right now, drink plenty of water 8 glasses of water, because drinking water not only hydrates your skin but it eliminates all of the unhealthy toxins from your body and start sleeping early to reduce stress. Some studies link stress with the severity of pimples or acne. Ask yourself what's making you feel stressed.
1. If you wear make up Choose Acne-friendly make up
2. Stop touching face, and popping your pimples would cause it to scar.
3. Exercise
4. Eat healthyYou should have a daily regimen to 1) st clean and clear your pores. (Noxzema /Neutrogena / Stridex pads or
cream) then 2) a mild facial scrub or quick drying mask (Apricot or Cucumber) rinse with warm water to
invigorate and open your pores.
This is just a daily routine ; if you feel your problem is serious by all means consult a dermatologist.Clean and Clear destroyed my face. I also have super sensitive skin so I've tried making my own face masks and stuff. I pared is with Biore and Olay anti aging products and I've been good.
But that's what my dermatologist recommended. Maybe you should save up some money and go talk to one.Well first of all, stop pinching, unless you want to remained scarred. It happens to me to remain spots even from a pimple. I thnk you should talk to your mom and go to a dermatologist or a specialist so they could take a look at you and recommend you a treatment :D He/she could also advise you on some food changes that can help you, what to eat, what water to drink, stuff like that :)
Wash your face. Avoid touching your face, it gets dirt and germs to make the problem worse. If you really want to pop acne then only do it when even a little amount of pressure will get the job done. NEVER pinch yourself, this will leave scars that'll last a long time. Buy acne cream.
