The thing is, you're 14. You're going to be going through puberty which means you will gain weight. Your thighs might get bigger and your beasts start to develop. You're at this awkward stage when your body is changing.
Instead of focusing on weight, maybe you could focus on nutrition instead. If you look to eat a balanced diet, you will be safe. It's really important to get the right balance of food right now.
It's also worth noting that what you need to eat is different from someone who is 18 and what they need to eat is different from someone in their 30s.

Could weigh more, it's underweight, it's out of normal even. If you see yourself as 'big' you may need to see someone about that, it's not healthy to be underweight and still think you're big.
