I am an 18 year old girl and I have a 20 day cycle. Is this normal for my age or should I be concerned?

It's normal. There is no absolute set time, which is why a range is given. 21-28 days is average, but everyone is different.

As long as you don't have any irregular periods, heavier than usual periods, or long, drawn out periods that go beyond 5-7 days, you're fine.
