Weight loss is not about exercise, it's about diet.
When you run for an hour, at your weight of 210 lbs, you will burn about 1000 calories.
That is about the same calories as a large coke and large fries at MacDonalds.
It's safe to say that it is easier to NOT EAT the fries and coke compared to running for an hour.
You may be exercising everyday, but eating the same crap - or even more food. This essentially negates the weight loss you may achieve over time. What will end up happening is that you maintain your weight, but your muscles tone up a little more.
What you need to do above everything else is CHANGE YOUR DIET.
This does not mean a 180 degree swap, where you remove all the delicious things in your life cold turkey.
This means having 1 vegetarian meal per day, or smaller portion sizes, less frequent deep fried foods... etc things like that. You will see much faster results if you take even 1 vegetarian diet per day. For example, a large tomato only has about 25 calories. You can have an giant salad with tomatos, carrots, lettuce and some vinegarette dressing and it would only come up to about 100-200 calories.
Give it a try and see how it goes.

You need to cut calories. Exercising, while good for you, only does about 20% of your weight loss.
