Legumes and Grains (Lentils, Lima beans, Black-eyed peas, Buckwheat, Oat, Brown Rice etc)
Dried Fruit and Seeds (Peaches, Prunes, Raisins, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds etc)
Dark green leafy vegetables (Spinach, Swiss chard, Radicchio, Watercress, Alfalfa/Lucerne, Broccoli etc)
