well i just started deadlifting this month i can already do my body weight about 185 lbs 3 times, i haven't found my max yet dont have enough weights. I've been training legs for a while though, just doing body weight squats/lunges working on explosivity. iam also 5'8. people say i look maybe 170. i was out of shape for quite a while i was also around 260 lbs at one time. i was 150 lbs when i was 19
My max is 115 i think you should be able to go heavier than that on your deadlifts, I should be able to do 145 right now but i just am not there yet.

that sounds pretty strong. but maybe thats just me cause i suck at excercising.
nah brah, bodyweight deadlifts are easy... but keep going though.
