Watch your diet and definitely go exercise, I used to weigh about 95kg 2 years back and now i'm sitting on 70, did some cardio to lose the excess fat then now i'm just gyming a lot with high intensity interval training on alternate days to build the muscles. But if you just want to lose the belly i'd say it comes with cardio and watching your diet, but excessive cardio will make you burn muscle gains as well, so keep it balanced.

Controlling your eating and doing cardio regularly are going to be the best ways. It'd be awesome if there was a quick and easy trick to stay in shape, but until they invent a miracle drug there isn't.
I just don't eat... Don't be exactly like me, but you should go on a 12-24hr fast eat fiber bars and drink water. From there cut down on the amount of red meat you eat, switch to chicken, fish and Turkey and keep exercising. You're stomach well feel less bloated and the size will go down. Remember to eat lots of vegetables that have fiber!
General workouts, but I would also focus of abb work because that strengthens your core which will eventually give you a tighter stomach. You are going to have to be patient, however. It will take a while.
