My boyfriend's roughly 6 feet tall and he basically has stretch marks going from his shoulders down to his waist from where he's been growing and I don't care at all! I think they look great and now we've just taken to referring to them as tiger stripes.
If I liked a guy I would not suddenly change my mind about him because I realized he had some scars on his body

I wouldn't care, since they're quite common. Even I have a few stretch marks on my inner thighs.
I wouldn't care. I have stretch marks too from gaining a lot of weight, but I'm working to lose it, so I can somewhat relate to you.
I would honestly be proud. Like, he wanted to overcome something and he was able to do it. Marks are like a badge of honor.
