My favorite Dance fit video: I

I've been portly but not since I ran cross country - I've stayed so by hauling ass everywhere. Be on your feet whenever you can, ride a bike everywhere, step deliberately and long, run when you can.
Never waste the sugar in your diet on something like soda. Desserts and candy only. Drink massive amounts of coffee till your tolerance is so high you can drink it and immediately bed down for sleep. Forget to eat sometimes.
I hate exercise - it is not mentally engaging for me. Make your lifestyle your exercise - it lasts longer.
Eating Broccoli and lean meat is by far the best and most effective workout for losing wegiht.
As someone who weighed nearly 220lbs of all fat 2 years ago and is now around 190 (mostly muscle), I can tell you that diet is 75% of the work.
Weightlifting is the best workout for fat loss too, it's not as fast as say, aerobics, but it's more permanent and builds awesome strength and muscles, too.
Did you eat broccoli raw or steamed? Funny story, I tried to eat some of the broccoli my mom bought and she just yelled at me! It literally sat in the refrigerator for two weeks and grew mold._. Thanks mom.
lots of people can go on about what works for them what motivates them.
find something that motivates you
and EAT CLEAN
that's all I have to say.
I do the best I can on that one. It's hard when you're not the one paying for the food.
oh yeah you're young... try to get your whole family to eat healthier then!!!
well fads are fun for when you need to change shit up.. so yeah dance videos things like that
but do something regularly you can rely on such as jogging, weight training, other cardio, etc.
what you eat is the bulk of what's important though
Do you plan out your meals? I've always wanted to do that. It looks fun.
Sometimes I do. I find if I don't, it's easier to stray and eat crap. Do you live with your mom? Ask her if you can sit down together and plan your meals. It'll be easier for you to adhere to a diet if your whole family does it. Just explain the benefits for everybody.
I live with both my parents, but my dad cooks steak (red meat is a no) and my mom buys sweets and fast foods. Our eating situation is so not good. I think I will sit down with my mom and plan meals out. Thanks for bringing that up :)
Yeah definitely start there. Get her to stop bringing home sweets and fast food. That has to stop.
Maybe you can all share cooking.
Red meat can be consumed in moderation. It's good for you too but make sure it's lean. If it's not lean ask him to cut down to twice a month (once bi-weekly).
I was going to tell you to cook for yourself but honestly that's hard. The best thing to do is get everyone to change their eating habits. Like print out documents that explain how bad fast food is and sweets (sugar causes premature aging, cancer, so many bad bad things).
For giving such great advise here is a little video that makes me laugh. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6Eg-Qai6f0

I always believe fat loss is 95% diet. Reduce carbs intake to 100grams or lower a day and increase protein and the rest are to quicken up the process. Good luck!
You don't need a video, just put out a strength and cardio routine together.
What's a strength routine, is that with weights? I do the little machines for my legs, but am so intimidated by the free weights area (the cave) at my gym that my arms suffer with no exercise.
