How can I gain weight with a fast metabolism?

I've tried all my life to qain weiqht but its so hard, only time i eva saw past 115 was when i was preqnant i qot up to 158 but i done lost my baby weiqht & now i miss it... HELP!

As you age you metabolism will slow down.

You would have to eat above and beyond what a person with a normal metabolism would have to consume to gain weight (ie. increase caloric intake)

Haha you are the same as me.. I'm 5'9" and I checked myself today and I weigh 135 lbs I can eat everything and not gain much.. It's hard to eat all those carbs

Focus on eating a lot of carbs (rice, potatoes, bread) and guarantee you will gain weight.

I eat rice everynite & bread everyday as well... i also eat lots of potatoes i mean lots lol... chips, fries, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes... anythanq with potatoes is all i craved when i was preqnant also dats y i went from 105 to 158 lol

Dont do any sort of excercise eat very much fattening food remember to keep eating with difference and if you are just an average girl thw weight will come eventually well thats how it worked for me
