How to handle my stress?

I have been so stressed out lately, more than usual. This causes me to lose focus which in turn, makes me more stressed.
I have so much going on like several AP and PreAP classes coming up plus a foreign language. Then I feel uncomfortable about my body weight and it seems like more and more people are pointing it out lately (I'm not super overweight, I'm 5ft 3in and 145lbs). Also I'm sorta having guy troubles.
When this all adds up, it is putting so much stress on me and sometimes gives me mini anxiety attacks. Any ideas on how to stop stressing out?
