Im really skinny and have a hard time gaining weight regardless of eating and working out, what to do?
I'm 5'9 and weigh 175 of decent muscle, I'd say at your height you should be around 190-210. You should take mass gainers, they have some on bodybuilding. com, also invest in something that slows your metabolism, you'll gain weight that way, also keep on working out and doing big movements such as bench press, squats and deadlifts along with assistance exercises.
