Mine are:

minimum 110 lbs
maximum 130 lbs

for the last 15 years or so i was between 130 and 135
... except for the last 6 months, i was between 135 and 140... i'm really trying to get it down

i'm not sure being on GaG so much is helping... i missed exercise today... but it's also causes me to miss quite a few meals, so i don't know

so... hard... to walk... away... lol

I'm 5'10 and 70kg now, and I wouldn't really wanna lose any weight tbh but I guess my boundaries are 65-75kg (143-165lbs) unless I start going to the gym, then it'd be 70-80kg (154-176lbs).

I don't plan on bodybuilding or anything, just getting into better shape so around 20lbs would get me to the place I wanna get to. That being said, if I start hitting the gym I'll probably end up bulking past that anyway

I wouldn't lime to go below 57 kg and I wouldn't want to go past 65 kg. My typical weight deviates from 58.6 kg to 61.2 kg, so that would be concerning.

I am a generally a skinny person, ectomorph? Or whatever the word was for a skinny frame. So I picked up weight lifting and martial arts 3 years ago. Always feel good knowing one day I can carry someone up some stairs or just randomly pick them up. I had a solid background on general health and physiology so it was easy to implement and transition.
