He loves to cook and food shop... but its impossible to lose weight with his diet. In my perfect diet world, I would only consume 1200 cals a day in 6 small meals. most of it being fruit and veggies. Minimal meat/fat/carbs... BUT its not working that way right now.
I don't want to hurt his feelings :( he shows love through food and when im only have small portions of what he makes he really gets offended I feel bad. But I want to lose more weight! :(
How can I tell him we need to have separate grocery lists and meals? I know this is really going to upset him. But I think its fair... he wants to make gains so I will support that but I want to lose lbs so I need him to support that...
