How long Will it take to see a difference in your body when you diet and exercise?

I've been eating around 1300 calories per day for a month and doing 40-60 squats and 100 jumps per day for a week but I don't see a difference. I want to do more but I don't really have time. It's kinda annoying and I feel like giving up. I just want to get thighs that are a bit thinner. If I continue with this Will I eventually see a difference? I'm hoping I will look thinner by November 8 cos I'm going to Europe and its always good to look better in Photos.

I'm currently 171 cm and 59 kg my legs look something like this:

I know I probably won't be able to be as thin but just a bit more toned would be good too. So I'm guessing I have to lose 4-5 kg cos Barbara palvin is the same height as me and she's 54kg. It's kinda funny I'm the same dress size as her but I'm heavier and my thighs are fatter. Maybe it's cause she has B boobs and I'm pretty flat on top so I can fit into smaller sizes lol.
