If you don't have time, then eating better is your #1 option. But finding 10 min shouldn't be hard. Just do Planks and Tummy Vaccums, maybe even leg raises because the lower abs give you the most bang for your buck. Your abs will get tighter within the first week or so, but a good diet will make this go much faster.

You need to eat right you can exercise forever but if you eat junk it will never happen
that's very true, there is a limit as to how much junk food a person can consume!
Hit the gym, start doing some situps everyday.. don't eat junk food.

Focus on diet: reducing carbs to 100g a day and eat plenty of fibers (veggies/fruits). Being active is just bonus and quickens the process.
Trim down run your ass off everyday cut out the junk food
I have been cutting down the junk food, but i will continue to do that thank you! and as i said in my description, I am in year 12 so unfortunately I dont have the time to run my ass off everyday! :(
