I am 4 feet 11 inches, medium build, and weigh 145 pounds. I walk 3 to 10 miles a day depending on weather and scheduled. You need to feel good about your self and have a little "meat: on your bones. Good luck but I think your find with your weight.

for 5"5, you're maybe just a tad bit overweight, I THINK. don't quote me. but nothing close to extreme fosho. you should have your BMI taken to know exactly where you stand.
We don't know what your fat or muscle mass percentage is. Sometimes weight is due to more to muscle or more to fat depending on the percentage.

It depends how much of it is muscle and how much is at. I'm 5'3" and 155lbs, but quite muscular and only 9% bodyfat.
I would say your not fat. If out don't exercise and you are that weight you could possibly lose a little. Id really have to see a picture to tell
