Does my diet sound good enough?

front2back
Anyways, I'm trying to lose about 10lbs of excess bodyfat (gradually) and mostly promote muscle mass building. Not Arnold size, but I'm about 195lbs now and I'd like to put on a solid 10-15lbs of muscle in the next year. I'm usually stuck with university food most of the day, but I want y'all's thoughts.

Breakfast:
-Either a main entree of a couple pancakes, a waffle or a couple of french toast slices. With syrup.
-LOTS of scrambled eggs. IT says like 17g per serving and I fill up like half a plate with it.
-A serving of fruit. It has honeydew melon slices (I think), pineapple, green grapes, and some small purple-ish berry (blueberry?)
-A glass of Whole milk.
-On occasion a small biscuit with chicken or sausage.

Lunch:
-Either a meat like 2 slices of ham, or some sorta chicken (I try to eat a lot of chicken though).
-A turkey sandwich on whole grain bread with 2 slices of white American. That's it.
-Another fruit serving from breakfast.
-5 cucumber slices.
-5 pieces of broccoli.
-A glass of Gatorade (it's hot outside I drink water usually the rest of the day).
-On occasion: A single slice of cheese pizza or a turkey burger without the buns.

Dinner: Exact same as lunch.

In-between:
-A Nature Valley Protein bar with Dark chocolate and peanuts, no almonds. Usually only once per day, sometimes twice.
-Brewed all natural Lipton Green Tea, no sugar added. I'll probably go through about 2-3 Liters per day.
-Water. Usually about 3 Liters a ay (most of the time I drink the Green Tea).

So do y'all think this is good or not? Any comments, questions, concerns, suggestions?
