Not true. In extraordinary cases with some extremely rare and systemic illnesses (which are almost always fatal in childhood and include neurological, muscular and hepatic damage), it's possible. However, of those are you. In some uncommon cases of hypothyroidism, it's more difficult, but far from impossible. Most people with hypothyroidism aren't overweight. Nice try, though.

No, trust me that's never the case. In some cases your genetics can disadvantage or advantage you in weight loss, but never make it impossible.
Well sometimes that can be true but not completely as long as you eat healthily and exercise four times a week you will be fit and healthy and will lose some weight but not a lot some people are naturally bigger same way some people are naturally thin but the most important thing is just to be healthy even if you don't lose much weight from it being healthy is so important

That's total BS. my mom blames genes for being obese, both my parents are obese.. I'm not, because I work my ass off in the gym lifting weights & running & EATING HEALTHY. People will use anything as an excuse for their own failures.
People who say that are usually lazy fucks who don't want to put the work in to lose their weight, As long as you're disciplined and you have the willpower to stick to your diet and to exercise at least 4 times a week you'll lose the weight.
