No, trust me that's never the case. In some cases your genetics can disadvantage or advantage you in weight loss, but never make it impossible.

Well sometimes that can be true but not completely as long as you eat healthily and exercise four times a week you will be fit and healthy and will lose some weight but not a lot some people are naturally bigger same way some people are naturally thin but the most important thing is just to be healthy even if you don't lose much weight from it being healthy is so important

There's no quick fix to losing weight the best way to do it and the healthiest way is to eat right and exercise it's a slow process but worth it in the end it won't happen over night you need to have patience and be persistent

That's total BS. my mom blames genes for being obese, both my parents are obese.. I'm not, because I work my ass off in the gym lifting weights & running & EATING HEALTHY. People will use anything as an excuse for their own failures.
