If you aren't eating enough your body is gonna a think it's starving & hold onto everything it can. 2hrs cardio isn't healthy.. You need to lift weights & lift HEAVY weights to build muscle, that will help you lose weight & keep your weight regulated. Eat healthy.. No garbage, fast food, sugar, high carbs.. And you can't possibly gain 2lbs in 2 days, 1lb of pure fat is 3500 calories in excess of the minimum calories you need to survive (heartbeat, brain function, breathing, etc).. Salt can cause water retention & that can affect the number on the scale. But again.. The SCALE Number means NOTHING!! I'm 5'8" 137 with a lot of muscle & 15% body fat, but just as thin as I was when I had no muscle & weighed 118. It's about body composition & the way your clothes fit.

Your probably building muscle. The scale is one of the least efficient ways to see in your loosing weight or healthy. Muscle weighs more than fat. I find it more officiant to do things like measuring. Measure biceps, legs, and especially waist. Look for things like body fat calculators.
Eating habits? Do you eat lots of junk food, drink Soda pop etc of course you could be shedding fat weight and putting on muscle weight which is good if that's the case.
Cardio promotes water retention, a few days after you last do cardio your body will dump the water, don't worry about it. You can still be gaining weight and loosing fat

Hum just because you workout for a longer period doesn't mean you will lose more weight. It's recommended to do quicker short and very intense workouts than longer ones. You might have gained weight because your body thinks you're not eating. Also it doesn't matter how much workout time you put in but if you don't eat correctly you won't lose weight. Losing weight MAINLY has to do with what, when and how much you eat.
Eat less calories than you lose. Eat healthy, depending on your weight and height, maybe 1800-2000 calories per day? Once a month, do one day of 1200 calories only, and keep working out and drink LOTS of water.
You probably gained muscle weight because muscle is heavier than fat. As long as you're fit and healthy it doesn't really matter about your weight:)
2 pounds in three days could really just be weight fluctuation.
I was 168 yesterday and today i'm 164.
You need more significant numbers of a greater period of time to really see any sort of definite numbers here.Muscle mass it sounds like, i wouldn't worry too much about it
Eating more than you need to maintain weight. This is clearly not bodybuilding. com
Intense cardio 3 days a week, strength train 3 days a week, and eat clean.
