I may need an MRI scan, but then I hate doctors, I think they're always out to get me...

They'll probably place me under excess radiation and harm me, when I bet somebody else who comes in will get sweet treatment... is this unfounded?

And yes, I post this before, but then I believe in equality, if you don't and think we're spiritually selected, fine. We can agree to disagree... just don't follow my posts, it's a free country, nobody is forcing/compelling you to do so...

kind of a bogus question. first, all i recall is that MRI is more about magnetic resonance, kind of like a compass homing in on parts of your body. radiation is a very penetrative form of light that actually attacks certain threatening issues. could be they are one in the same, doesn't matter.
at the the point where the doctors recommend MRI, it has reached a stage where catscans are unable to show the mass and depth of many items, particularly tumors. in this case i believe the doctors are thinking surgery and are trying to pinpoint the area of attack.
'they'll probably'... etc. you sound quite like a child pulled kicking and screaming into a dentist's office. the child is trying to warn the parent that mortal danger lies within and that safety lies without.
in your case, the mortal danger is without. you place yourself at risk of dying if there is a dangerous growth thats rapidly that's rapidly advancing.

It's not my job to teach you morality nor is it a medical professional's. No one determines who gets medical treatment based on morality, either. You can personally disagree with every single thing a person stands for, but that doesn't deny that person of their rights, chief amongst them the access to comprehensive healthcare. That's what the whole healthcare system is founded on, and you'll be hard pressed to find a doctor that goes against that.
