How do you handle/cope with stress while you're at college/university?

It's my first year being a student at college, and I'm already starting to feel overwhelmed! It's not the workload that's stressing me out, but just trying to keep track of all my classes & getting organized :) Do any of you have coping strategies for stress that you can share or any tips on staying on top of things? :)

Thanks so much for the advice & encouragement :) I can't tell explain how helpful it was! I'm definitely going to purchase a planner & record all the due dates and classes in there. The main thing is not procrastinating and using my time wisely ;)
