You won't gain weight- it actually is a bit harder than that to gain weight. You need to be consistently eating "badly" (in an excess of calories). You won't see much change on the scale other than perhaps water weight or literally food weight.
I'm trying to gain weight because I've gotten underweight and I always thought I'd gain weight if I had a "bad" day, but turns out it's harder than that.

Whatever diet u r doing, please make sure its a balanced one. In fact, dieting leading to weight loss is the biggest myth in today's times. Eat healthy and mix work with play - that would be real exercise. Of course, water helps :)
Hard to know what your describing as healthy or unhealthy but something to think about is no matter what your eating even if it is healthy but you eat too many calories you'll still gain just make sure your calories are at a reasonable range and you should be fine
Some people have "cheat days." it is up to you as to whether or not you implement such an idea. Some like it, some don't.

hey i drink hot chocolate everyday, but i do mountain biking everyday as well. nothing has happened to me. lol
That's how I've lost over a hundred; 6 days duet and exercise then 1 day off. It works and I've been feeling fantastic so it works as long as the diet or the day off aren't too extreme.
Just make sure your cheat days, don't become cheat meals. Everything in moderation.
nothing will happen it's just 2-3 days
