What will happen if I eat unhealthy for 2-3 days or just sometimes?

I am on a diet and I exercise everydays. But yesterday I ate unhealthy and I didn't exercise and today I ate unhealthy and I exercise. What happens if you normally exercise, drink water and on a diet but for a few days you eat badly? Would I gain weight? Can I still stay fit?
What will happen if I eat unhealthy for 2-3 days or just sometimes?
