What is the likelihood of my girlfriend being pregnant?

My girlfriend missed a birth control pill one day before her ovulation day. We had sex that same day that she was ovulating and I finished inside of her. Is missing one day of birth control enough for her to get pregnant? What's the likelihood that she will end up prego?

Wow that's like the one day you want to make sure you take the pill any other day you could've hoped maybe she didn't drop an egg yet. I'm guessing that the percentage would be slightly less than if you both weren't using any birth control at all. Remember you can take PLAN B over the counter and it's got a high effectiveness if taken before a certain number of days after. PLAN B also costs less than raising a child.
