What is the worst physical pain you have ever felt?

I'm bored as hell. Haha so yea, what is the worst physical pain you've ever felt?

Ummm mine would be when I broke my pinky toe while playing football in the backyard. I heard it pop and it sounded like it popped in my head and OMG that sucker hurtttt like hell! Haha I will always wear shoes when doing anything like that now.

I broke my elbow while high on ecstasy several years ago, and I was numbed out so I went a few more hours not knowing my elbow was broken but after ending up in the hospital and getting a cast... after about 6 weeks they took the cast off and my arm was locked at a 90 degree angle because of all the scar tissue that had formed and for several more months my dad had to help me stretch my arm to rip through the scar tissue... and that pain was excruciating. I can barely begin to describe... even now I can't bend my right arm all the way down because part of the bone that broke set in a different place... so that's my story :) lol

Now I am going to sound silly, but... I have had my foot nearly torn off by a rock, when it got wedged between 2 large rocks, the skin was torn all the way around except for a small shred I don't remember how many stitches I had, but I was very young so I have trouble remembering how painful it was.

But I have experienced one thing far worse than that, and that was this random stomach "sickness" I am not sure what it was that made me sick or what was wrong, however, for over 2 hours I was rolling on the bathroom floor, periodically vomiting and having terrible diarrhea.

When I jumped down from a 1,50m wall last week and sprained my ankle. The pain... I couldn't think straight and called for an ambulance! For a sprained ankle! They came, sirens blazing and all that, people must have thought there was a car accident or a building on fire or something, when in fact it was just a girl with a sprained ankle! -_-

Another time was when I got my lymph nodes biopsied. They stuck a long ass needle in my neck! And slowly, too! I was dripping cold sweat and actually teared up! And they did both sides too... That's why I always wince when Dexter sticks a needle in his victims' necks.

During my last period, the cramps were so bad that I burst into tears while grocery shopping. The pain started at my lower belly before spreading to my lower back and then down to my legs. It was so severe that I just left my stuff and ran to my car and cried horribly in the back seat for 45 minutes with a spare heating pad that I had brought in my purse just in case. My sister in law came after I called her to pick me up and finish the shopping before taking me home. I've never had pain like that before and I hope it doesn't happen against next month.

Honestly? Stomach pains.

I have a weird ass stomach. I THINK I'm gluten free but... I just ate a pb&j on non gluten free bread and I feel fine :/ But something really irritates my stomach. It's worse than menstrual cramps, worse than being trampled by 8 horses (this has happened to me), worse than wiping out off a scooter... it's horrible.

Obviously my stomach is just a messed up sick jerk because it just randomly picks when to act up. When the pain hits I have to curl up in a ball and not move a muscle for 20 minutes until it passes. No one can touch me because it's just horrible.

I used to get seizures when I was between 11 - 16 years old and had a massive one at the age of 19 that left me unconscious for 1-2 days. I also had smaller seizures when I was around 23 - 24 years old that weren't as bad as the ones I had before. A painful seizure can be described accurately by this: somebody chopping your head open with an axe and pouring sulphuric acid into your brain. When you have a seizure it literally feels like somebody is pouring sulphuric acid into your brain and you are conscious and awake the entire time. I also had a seizure where I felt like I was a grain of dust being crushed by a ten thousand pound rock. That was probably 10x - 100x more painful than the NORMAL seizures that I got.

Sometime last week... I think I had a bad reaction to codeine. I woke up feeling like a thousand knives were stabbing me all over my tummy, over and over. It hurt so much, I couldn't think straight, sort of became delusional and almost passed out. I couldn't even make a sound or get to my phone. It was pretty scary.

An extreme tooth abscess. (Which many say is comparable in pain intensity to child birth)

Took a 98 mph fastball straight to the tailbone in baseball practice that had me on the ground writhing in pain for awhile.

85 mph pitch to the elbow. That one was excruciating. My arm went limp, I had tunnel vision, and I felt sick to my stomach.

- the other would have to be when I broke one of my toes... ohh dang.. I was in high school. I ran to pick up the phone and WHAM my toe caught the leg of a table... ahhhhhhh man I couldn't even cry because I had already answered the phone... lolololol

I fell off a horse when I was 10 and landed on the jump on the small of my back. I bent myself over either side and was paralysed for a week and a half (I had bruised my spine and injured tendons). About 2 years later I did the same injury.
Breaking my wrist hurt quite a lot too.

After my doctor prescribed me a certain medication, I experienced throbbing, intense headaches every night. It was so awful, that my arms and legs were shaking involuntarily. I was crying for hours until exhaustion finally allowed me to sleep.

Another time, I was horseback riding, and I panicked when the horse cantered through an area surrounded by trees. Needless to say, I ended up with a nasty concussion. I did wear a helmet, though, so I'm thankful my neck wasn't broken.

Not to sound all sorry for myself but I'm being honest... the worst pain I ever felt was the feeling in my chest from my heart breaking from my first break up. It literally felt like someone had tore it right out from my chest, stabbed it several times with a knife and put it back in.

I was trying to adjust the cutting height on a push mower and ended up touching the engine and burn two of my fingers. I know it sounds lame but burns fucking hurt. Other then that I've only had minor sprains and fractures. So I guess when it comes to physical pain I haven't had it too bad.

Broke my right ankle in half and turned the ankle bone around (360 degrees) and it was the worst pain I've ever felt. Now I have a metal plate and screws on my ankle. I could get them removed but I choose not to, since theirs a chance of the bone being brittle.

Broke both my legs in a car accident. MD wouldn't give me pain meds until they ran a tox screen on me first for legal purposes. When it came back negative he gave me morphine 8 mg IV stat. That's how bad it was.

The gum around my wisdom tooth got infected. One side of my face was like crazy swollen. Shit hurt like a mother fucker...
I went to my dentist and he applied novocaine and it did nothing. He made an incision inside my mouth to bleed out the infection and proceeded to try and remove my wisdom tooth all while I was conscious and not numbed. Worse fucking pain I felt ever.

I lost my footing while running on the treadmill when I was younger and got caught wedged between the wall and the belt (that was still moving at the speed I was running at). Both of my legs were burnt badly.

Gunshot wounds, I couldn't feel it and didn't know about it at the time because of the adrenlin and shock and because everything around me was turning to shit and I had more important things to worry about. When we survived the fire fight I turned around just in time to see my trail of blood and woke up in hospital. Lost 5 men, that day, good men, but we knew the dangers going in.

I can't believe I'm actually going to say this. When I was 10, I had a boil of some sort on my... Area. Like, on my dick. Went to the doctor, said it won't hurt and it'll be easy. The thing was the size of 3 quarters stacked on top of each other. My own dad held me down with another person and I just remember crying, kicking, and screaming saying I'm sorry. I don't know why. He cut it, applied pressure while it drained. Than pulled the skin all off.
