As for how to do it, I think there are a lot of different types of people who respond to different motivations in different ways. Have you tried this before, and has anything started to work for you? It's like organization skills. People have different things that work for them differently.
I'm trying to lose weight as well, and right now in my life is a perfect time (most times are a great time to start) to get this under control. Right now there are a LOT of reasons why I want / need to lose weight. Sometimes someone just needs a LOT of reasons and decent timing to get into it.
I may be wrong, and oversimplifying things, but to lose a pound a week, that's 3500 calories you either need to burn or cut out. Assuming a woman is on a 1800 calorie "diet" per day (usually), you either need to burn or get rid of 600 calories a day (for 6 days a week). That doesn't mean you starve yourself (I want to lose 4 pounds a week, so I'll eat only 500 calories a day and work out 1200 calories each day!) Unless you're very heavy, on average, a person shouldn't be losing more than 2-3 pounds a week.
I believe it's a lot of small changes that make up big changes. Cut down on soda and alcohol. Empty calories. Eat more fruit. Cut back on processed food. Don't try wacky fad diets. Don't SUDDENLY "go vegan" to do it, for example.
This one is probably the toughest for me, but I've heard it helps. Get a REAL friend who honestly wants you to succeed who will also help you keep your secret about trying to lose weight. Someone who believes in you, who won't try to sabotage you or bring you down. Become accountable to this person; generally it's better if you do this with them too. I've "lost" a lot of accountability partners because they'd give up after a week; I'd call, they'd never return it. They'd never ask or initiate. Find someone who WILL and who will keep it going until you hit your goal.
Good luck.

Plan to spend the money needed to eat right and the time needed to rest right as well. It doesn't take too much, just some changrs here and there. Most people don't see results because they're working out the wrong way or not eating correctly. Read body For Life by Bill Philips. Even just the first 2 chapters will help you out.
Just make sure it's something you enjoy doing. If you hate the workout then chances are you won't do it. I love hiking, so I don't even need motivation to do it.
Crunches. Jogging/ running exercises your core muscles. Stop drinking fizzy pop! Haha my belly shrinks twice its size without it.

try boxing or some kind of fighting sport, dont join those spoiled gyms, go to a real one with real training

You're not very good at this, are you?If you just start doing it you will get the motivation to keep going and not stop. You just have to do it.
just set a goal and care enough for it to achieve it
