I avoid doctors cause I don't like disrupting my day for something that doesn't need medical attention.

You used the word responding to another person, 'paradigm'.

Not every medical practitioner have what you refer to as 'spiritual morality'. Some medical practitioners are atheist or agnostic.
At the end of the day, medical practitioners are human.
Medical practitioners are people too.

In terms of these beliefs and attitudes, you're assuming that medical practitioners hold certain beliefs and attitudes.
Are you able to provide hard evidence to back up your theory/ies?
Can you prove that your own beliefs and attitudes are not dictating how you perceive doctors and their perceptions of you?

Here I read you as saying that all doctors only take care of the people they like or who believe in the same thing as them.

I have a team of doctors who I communicate well with. I also do deal with my chronic illnesses on a day to day basis in small ways to maintain my own independence and quality of life. I'm also a researcher with a lot of connections in the medical and mental health fields that helps me get to the right people and approach my conditions in a collaborative, interdisciplinary way.

I didn't get there out of luck. I read research, educated myself, saw different doctors and eventually found my team through trial and error. However, my point about indirect communication still stands true. It's something I learned over years in and out of hospitals. Learning to speak your doctor's 'language,' per se, can help, too.

It's not about luck. It's not about chance. Or anything related. I've found a good team of doctors who take a strong interest and me, my treatment and my quality of life the same way I've accomplished everything else in my life- blood, swear and tears. If you just play luck of the draw... well, do you know anyone who's ever won more than a hundred dollars in the lottery? Maybe a thousand? If you sit there and pray for the right doctor to cross your path, you're pretty much at the blind mercy of whoever's around. Finding the right physician is quite similar to finding the right therapist or that one person you want to spend the rest of your life with and should be treated as such.

I dislike going to the doctors because I always fear I may be turning into a hypochondriac as both of my parents are and try to out - do everyone and each other with their 'illnesses'.

However, I wouldn't say I avoided them, especially for your reasons for avoiding them. Doctors here treat everyone, not just 'nice' people. Also, medicine is a science, not some religious cult, if you see it as such, maybe you're going to the village shamans hut instead if a medical practitioner.

Don't think I am. I've visited many type of doctors, and have encountered many of them in my life. Some helped me a lot, some where not even conventional. Some gave me bad news, some I witnessed bringing life forth. One of them told me, while he was crying, that my father would die that same day. Another one hugged me when my grandmother died as well. Another one said I was just down with a cold and missed his mark terribly, so I ended up in hospital for 4 days. One of my wife's closest friends is a doctor, and one of the best humans I've met. Some of them are screw ups, of course... but to think that in general they are like what you are describing? Doctors are humans, just like you. They choose a peculiar profession that not everyone would be able to carry on with... specially not paranoids.

Just one of the hundred of orgs that go out of their way to take care of people with little or no resources. And then there's the thousand rural doctors that are not part of any organization but take care of people in remote or less rich areas. Ever seen one of those?

But then I've had doctors tell me I'm "not allowed" sex, taking drugs is a sin and a mental illness, and being against sexism and racism is a mental illness...

So if I choose to have sex, believe racism and sexism are wrong, or see no issue in smoking dope, then meh... I'll choose my own medical treatment, not dopes like doctors...
