My girl says I'm not that heavy-weight type?

I'm closely 6 feet tall and 142 lbs heavy. Though my girl says that I'm skinny and light I'm strong. I do benches, pull-ups every morning. Am I skinny? Skinny dudes aren't strong?

I would say roughly from your mesusure ments you sound pretty skinny ( not in a bad way ) and no size of mass does not always mean you are not strong, if you feel that way you could always take up strength trainning to help improve your overall strength : )

Skinny dudes can be strong, but you need some muscle mass, just as guess but it sounds to me like you might be underweight, I mean I'm 5'3" and I weight 153lbs at the moment, I'm not even that big.

Yes ur skinny and a tall and skinny guy can be very strong cuZ I have a friend who's the exact same

Yeah you're skinny and skinny dudes can be strong. Heavy weights are over 200lbs at that height.
