I d suggest fitness blender. They have a website and a YouTube channel where you can find hundreds of different workout videos (most of them with no equipment needed). They also have several 8 weeks programs which are for sale where you have a specific diet based on unprocessed food and what exercises you need to do daily. In my opinion there is no need to buy that at all even though it's not expensive because you can use the videos which are 100% free and balance your diet with the famous rules no fat no sugar etc. hope I helped :)

Push up and sit ups right when you wake up every morning. Do not use elevators or escalators. Learn to love stairs. Bike to school if possible. Some great abs exercises are Abdominal Hold, The Prone Plank, Plank, Reverse Crunch, and Vertical Leg Crunch. Join X-cross, soccer, or track if you have time. Also family runs are nice during the weekend.
