I jus ate a crunchwrap and cinnabun bites (12). I feel so ugly and fat. I was trying to control my weight by 30 years old but I am still struggling. I keep track of my calories so its not enough to gain weight.
I am depressed. How do I lose the last 10lbs and keep it off for life. How do I end bad eating habits once and for all? I am so tired of looking at this in the mirror.
