Having trouble controlling my weight and I feel like disgusting and want to die?

I did it the right way. No more than 1 to 2 lbs a week loss. I ate healthy and exercise. Now I am having bad binging episodes. I am not losing the last 10lbs. I am 5 ft8 135lbs. I run 8 miles a day and do spin and weight lifting on alternative days. One day 8 miles another weights and spin. I try to keep my workout different each day but I am getting bored with working out. I am finding comfort in food again.

I jus ate a crunchwrap and cinnabun bites (12). I feel so ugly and fat. I was trying to control my weight by 30 years old but I am still struggling. I keep track of my calories so its not enough to gain weight.

I am depressed. How do I lose the last 10lbs and keep it off for life. How do I end bad eating habits once and for all? I am so tired of looking at this in the mirror.

I dont have body dysmorphia. I said I lost weight.
