Obesity is an epidemic, the laziness is not the cause but a symptom. It is mostly all due to the high intake of sugar, as most products, even a tiny can of fruity yoghurt (160 grams) has 20% sugar content for its weight - and they even dare claim it's "good for you"! And it is even worse with soft drinks like cola, ice teas, etc. The food industry knows, the government knows, but still claims " calories in, calories out" even though sugar is addictive and processed differently.

Want to know more about how you are fed sugar for profit, while undermining public health? Then watch Fed Up.

Are you planning on watching it?
YES, I have already seen Fed Up.
NO, I have not seen Fed Up, BUT now that I know about it am planning on watching it.
NO, I have not seen Fed Up, AND I am NOT going to because I don't care about health.

I've actually found a post on Quora that's pretty much ahead of time in this regard and very informative: http://qr.ae/bSrZ1
