Relatively self explanatory. A doable routine for relatively busy people. Preferably focusing on flexibility, abs, and upper body strength. Can anyone give some recommendations?

take a workout with the focus you want and the preferred length.
if you want to see results before we land on mars, you'll need at least 2h of workout per week. so if you take a 30min workout, 4x week. if you go for 1h, at least twice. 2/168 is not that much.

stretching, some pushups if possible, squats (no weights needed) and standing calf raise use the stairs, those takes like 10mins maximum
