I think im going crazy?

I think I'm going crazy lately i can't distinguish whats real whats not , when i have a dream I'm not sure if it happened in reality or just a dream , when i remember things from the past i don't know if its real or not , I've been going through stressful time lately and still going through a lot so whats going on with me? Even things happen in tha past i dont remember them , my sister said im almost crazy and need to see a dr what do you think , have you ever felt this way?

you are experiencing intertwining states of consciousness... check out a book called 'Lucid Dreaming' or something like that. in that context the author actually suggests sitting in a park somewhere and pondering is this a dream or not. this was practise for coming awake within you own dreams, and i had some success at it.
in your case if is not creating safety or productivity issues in your real world, i'd just go about business as usual but maybe a bit more cautiously.
i'd save the shrinks as a last resort.

I think it could just be the stress but since it could definitely be something more serious, yeah I'd go see a doctor.
