What could be wrong with my wrist?

I have had a problem with my right wrist for awhile. When it first started I had sprained it then it continued to hurt. I was tested for arthritis, lupus, and something else but they all came up negative. When it hurts it feels like something is tightening in and it swells up a lot. My parents mostly likely aren't going to take me to the doctor for it again so what could this be so that I can make it feel better.

You could just be irritating it. The wrist is a tricky thing to heal. Using a mouse, writing, or using it in general after an injury can delay the healing process.
I injured my right wrist a year ago and it's just now getting better. Apparently the tramp boosted the affects of carpel tunnel. Exercises can help with the trama.

One of brothers had this squishy ball and I sometimes use that.

So it's not autoimmune, but according to the tests so far, it is a problem suspected to be of the connective tissue. This kind of localized pain is difficult to diagnose, but for now, you just have to play the waiting game with palliative treatments until the clinical picture becomes clearer.

I injured my wrist playing basketball. I don't know if this will help but soak it in epsom salt with hot water.

Well I can't really do that because most the time it starts hurting when I'm at school. My bones actually feel tight right now. I'm a dancer which I haven't fell dancing. I will try asking my parents for Epsom salt though thank you.
