You could just be irritating it. The wrist is a tricky thing to heal. Using a mouse, writing, or using it in general after an injury can delay the healing process.
I injured my right wrist a year ago and it's just now getting better. Apparently the tramp boosted the affects of carpel tunnel. Exercises can help with the trama.

So it's not autoimmune, but according to the tests so far, it is a problem suspected to be of the connective tissue. This kind of localized pain is difficult to diagnose, but for now, you just have to play the waiting game with palliative treatments until the clinical picture becomes clearer.
I injured my wrist playing basketball. I don't know if this will help but soak it in epsom salt with hot water.
