I've been going to therapy for this issue!! one thing that may help is to try and stay in the moment. Take a few min. to go through ur 5 senses. what do i smell, hear, taste? do i like it, ect. this will calm you down and help you to face the issue you are facing now. worry about tomorrow later. please message me if this helps cuz i would like to know as well. and maybe you could confide in someone like your mother does in you... just a thought

You're right your mother shouldn't be burdening you with what's her responsibility to take care of. Ignore what she says and to avoid anxiety I would just not think about it. Don't pay it attention and it won't affect you.
Besides weed? I take a walk by the river by myself just clear your head of negativity. Surround yourself with positive vibes.

Honestly cannabis is the best solution, but it's illegal for recreational use in most states, so chamomile tea or hot showers.
