If you are studying hard and failing, you may need to talk to a tutor or your professors and ask them what you are doing wrong. Your professors are there to teach you, they will help you.
Look at your studying, is it being done optimally? Are you in a quiet place with few distractions? Are you getting enough rest everyday (tough with a lot of school work)? Are you studying the right material?
Lastly, school is a marathon not a sprint, a couple of failed tests doesn't mean you will necessarily fail out of school.

You have a lot of expectations, and so u are naturally stressed out. Its been just a month. Talk to your professors for advice. Moreover, getting good marks has nothing to do with being a good nurse. Speak to seniors and focus on learning ur job, but it can't happen in an instant. Develop a realistic plan. It'll take at least 2 to 3 years to learn any new subject. So chill. If you want to get good marks, don't spend too much time worrying, or the other extreme, partying. Good luck.
First of all, failure is a great teacher. You learn lots of things from it.
Life isn't easy and beautiful things always need efforts. You are trying. That is a wonderful thing. Never give up. We need to fight until we have last breathes.
Your family will love you and support you no matter what. Nothing can change that. Don't worry. Continue to work. Learn from your mistakes. And be positive and hopeful. You will be great nurse :) Good luck!
