Eh i don't like to cook, but i have to inevitably do it anyways when i'm living at home. (College kid). Anyways, i can cook great healthy meals. I usually cock chicken breasts, ground beef, or steak with some pasta or rice and also with veggies. I like to keep the top of the frying pan on for chicken and ground beef, and off for steak.
I also love to blend fruit smoothies and shakes with protein when i need it. I've recently been using coconut water for my shakes before the gym or even on an off day drink them with any fruits i can get (grapes, watermelon, cantaloupes, etc.) Man are they good but some smoothies come out shitty looking, like the ones where the different liquids have different densities so it causes them to sink/float like oil in water.

I can cook if I have to. I definitely prefer home cooked meals. The more food that I've grown myself the better. I'll be taking up hunting right away here too, as an extension of that.
I learned how to cook when I was grade 4, mostly Filipino dishes which always include rice... as time goes by, I get more interested in cooking Italian dish more of pasta.. then now I'm starting to explore on Canadian dish..
cooking and baking are something I considered an ordinary thing to do, nothing special about it...

I prefer homemade meals over anything else and that's what I typically eat. I am not so good at actually cooking though but I'm trying to practice. My fiance is actually way better at it so he does most of the work (we generally cook together). I'm much, much better at baking. Unfortunately, baking is not always healthy lol.

I find frozen pre-made stuff yucky, I guess cause you can tell it's not exactly "fresh":)I cook every night or day. I bbq a lot is well, all my meals are from scratch, lots of Mexican and Italian food. Homegrown jalapenos, tomatoes, tomatillos, corn, cucumber, zucchini, green beans, etc. Whatever I can grow and use, I do.
