Belly button piercing infected or just healing?

I got my belly button pierced 11 days ago and I went to clean it and I put some pressure on it and some yellows white stuff came out of it. Is it just sebum or is it pus? Can they get infected this early? I have been cleaning it twice a day and I do the sea salt soaks on it.

I have my nose pierced and before it healed it got some yellow stuff and a keloid, but i just kept cleaning it and soaking, and eventually it healed. I would check up with your piercer and continue to soak it.

Mine was done many many years ago. It still gets a little like that. If it gets tugged or some thing. Was it using dial a few times a day in warm water and keep it DRY. No soaking.
