Do lots and lots of sit ups and do push ups but against the wall rather than on the ground. Also lie on your back and do sort of but lifts but with your legs in the air and lie down in front of a chair and put your feet on the chair and lift your butt. This is until you can do the butt lifts unaided.
Cut down the portion sizes you eat and drink lots and lots of water. This will make you go to the toilet a lot and not just number 1 and that will help you flatten your stomach.

cardio and body weight (calisthenic) exercises. if you have a floor you can get a pump on, also helps to have basic set of dumbells. squats, lunges, lying leg raises because i hate crunches, pushups, dips, tricep kick backs, bicep curls, chest press, shoulder press, tricep extensions, flyes just a base but the list goes on. ill be posting fitness vids on YouTube soon enough
maybe change the things you eat?
stop drinking things such as soda and alcohol (if you drink it)
don't eat things like chocolates , chips etc.
a lot of water intake is recommended.
