You might not bc at that point it's starting to ferment and some people do ingest fermented milk and you eat yogurt and certain cheeses. They say mayonnaise starts to spoil after an hour of being out of the fridge but I've tested that theory plenty of times it tasted alright and I haven't hunched over and vomited yet.
I drank spoilt milk a couple weeks ago by accident, and nothing bad happened to me :)
You're probably fine, food poisoning usually doesn't take long to set in.
Honestly, you'll more likely make yourself sick from worrying about it haha.
You're not guaranteed to get sick... you can always eat some yogurt now to prepare your gut floral.
