I love Breaking Benjamin, Evanescence, and the song "Lose Yourself" by Eminem when working out. Three Days Grace is also good. I go for songs that are a little angrier to get me pumped up.

@theENFJ Totally agree I listen to some pump up music too or something that pisses me off so I work even harder. Like if it is military related I try even harder cause I have a few relatives who served. Eminem and Three Days Grace are wicked. Never really listen to Breaking Benjamin I shall check it out, Thanks.

@DarkHumorRUs Thrash Metal, okay so what is a good song or band? I like Metallica, System of a down, Manowar- Die for metal... Am I on the right track here lol

Well Metallica's first four albums are thrash. Manowar is power metal/heavy metal but they'd be good for working out too. SOAD I don't like personally but they're not thrash or power metal.
