Eating before bed is never really a good idea, no matter the time. That you go to sleep. I have gotten really good at the whole breakfast thing since I have an infant that loves breakfast! Some healthy things we eat are tofu scramblers, poached salmon with avocado, poached eggs. weird... I'm getting dejavu (sp?)
Sorry for that. Um sometimes we have oatmeal with fresh fruit and Tempe. Scrambled eggs with toast and a glass of kifer. There's so many other things. But those are, my favorite things for breakfast.
