as long as people are aware of their symptoms and are willing to go to the hospital and take precautions to not spread it to everyone and stuff like that, I think we should be fine. ideally, hospitals and biotech companies will make ebola testing more available to patients that have the initial symptoms and want to get checked out. And also in this ideal world, people that know they have ebola will seek medical assistance and communities all over will band together and create help and support groups.
but this is america. so people will prob ignore symptoms, go everywhere, cough on everyone, and we will all get it. it will spread nationwide.
and then into the hospitals, where it will mutate and have hybrid viral babies with the other nosocomial pathogens and stuff in our hospitals and infect people, turning them into carnivorous, rabid zombies. and since ebola is pretty contagious and spreads through your system fairly quickly, it will infect everyone and before long it's every zombie movie we never really wanted to happen in real life because there is only so much ammo and so many people who can wield weapons efficiently.

No, relax. It's all under controll. In the US there are actually way to isolate the infected people, and it won't have a chance to spread like crazy
I am an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician student about to complete clinical rotations in the Emergency Department and with the fire department's ambulance units. It does make me nervous.
Soon rednecks will start killing everyone with Ebola then everyone else will join in eventually because Ebola people have a desire for flesh.
