There's no use for specific diets. Just the idea of a diet implies that it's temporary, and you won't keep it up. They're rarely good for your metabolism and often hard to manage / expensive anyway. Just cut back on carbs at your own pace, it's really not complicated. And not all carbs... just don't eat refined sugar, white pasta or bread, white rice or potatoes. It's just healthier all around anyway, for your weight and your skin. The less a food is transformed, the better it is for you.
Lchf, paleo are the most common. Tons of info on them
I lost 30 pounds in one month on Atkins. The first time I kept the weight off. The second and third time that I did it I gained the weight back once I got off the diet so the first time you do it - take advantage of your metabolic advantage and lose as much weight as possible!!!

I have eaten high carb for so long and Im very healthy and slender.
the problem with low carb is, you most likely won't keep this up for the rest of your life + you will get negative health side effects. High proteibn is very damaging to the body and not good for longevity. Copy the diets of the longest living cultures on our planet. for example googmle 'okinawan diet' . All high carb.
