Guys, Do you think I am still growing?

I just recently turned 19 years old and i'm 6' 3/4". I have always been a basketball player and a hurdler (track). My dad is 6'4" and my mom is 5'6". I wear a size 14 (size 14) shoe, where he wears a size 13 shoe. My first growth spurt was around age 13 or 14 where I grew to about 6'. I just recently grew to around 6' 3/4". I also can only grow a peach fuzz mustache and recently a few chin whiskers which came around the time I grew to around 6' 3/4" where my dad can easily grow a full beard. My arms are very long and my hips are up high my body still feels awkward. I just want to know if you think i'll have a second growth spurt. I would really like to be in between 6'4" and 6'7".

At 19 you're probably done. 6'1 (round up!) is a fairly respectable height. And coming from an average sized female... much taller than 6'4 is pushing it. I like tall men, don't get me wrong. I like really tall guys, but 6'7 is my cut off point. My uncle is 6'8 and I come up to his elbow... and that's awkward. My brother is supposed to hit 6'7 and I don't know this, but that's quite tall. Even for tall people.

My boyfriend is 6'5/6'6 and he's super tall. He can't fit in cars, needs special bikes made for him, can't wear standard clothes, has to duck in doorways, has back issues, and weak joints. Being really tall comes with its drawbacks.

My dad is 6'1 and he has no issue with that. I'd suggest you not either.

pretty much what i wanted to say but i disagree with he is done, men can grow till 20's at least that what i heard

I know they do, but it slows down and the majority stop sooner. He can maybe expect to gain an inch. Or round up to being a solid 6'1.

A lot of guys don't completely stop growing until early 20s. A friend of mine went from 6'1" to 6'2" from 19 to 21. At this point you're going t start growing into your body, filling out in all those places ladies love. You're lucky, because if you have long arms and legs, you can put on a LOT of muscle and you'll always have that lean look women love. The hair thing, well, a lot of hair genetics come from your mother too. What kinds of beards do the men on her side grow?
